HiroshimaHub will not present unverified housing, legal, finance, medical or career providers as trusted businesses. This page now separates sample listing formats from verified listings and explains how service requests are handled.
Current listing status
The service cards below are sample listing formats, not verified merchant recommendations. They are placeholders showing the information HiroshimaHub requires before a real provider can appear as verified.

Housing support provider
Before publication: company name, website, office/contact, service scope, fee structure and whether it is an agency, introducer or support desk must be verified.
Translation / interpretation
Before publication: pricing unit, confidentiality, document types, cancellation rules and interpreter qualification/experience must be clear.
Legal / visa / finance desk
Before publication: professional qualification, registration, scope limits, fee structure and conflict policy must be shown.
Medical / wellness support
Before publication: clinic/provider identity, official website, language support, appointment rules and qualification/licensing must be checked.
Service request privacy rule
What happens after a request?
- HiroshimaHub reviews the request for category and urgency.
- We do not forward your name, email, phone, documents or message to a third party without your explicit consent.
- If a paid/sponsored provider may be suggested, that relationship must be disclosed before introduction.
- Expected reply target: 3-5 business days for non-urgent requests.
Do not submit sensitive documents
Do not send passports, Residence Cards, medical records, bank details, contracts, visa documents or legal evidence through a general request. Ask what is needed and who will receive it first.
Useful official alternatives
For urgent or high-risk needs, start from official sources instead of unverified directories.
Listing policy
HiroshimaHub may later publish verified local providers. Until a listing has real identity, contact, review source, qualification where relevant, price range, language support and disclaimer, it must remain labeled as sample or not verified.
